Railtown Creative Hub

Adaptive reuse project that transformed a 1940s warehouse into flexible workspace for creative professionals. We kept the industrial bones and layered in modern comfort.

Design Approach

Instead of hiding the building's history, we celebrated it. Original beams, brick walls, and concrete floors became features. New interventions are clearly modern but respectful.

Gastown Heritage Revival

This 1889 building was gorgeous but struggling. We reinforced the structure, restored the brick facade, and created modern mixed-use space inside while keeping the character intact.

Whistler Alpine Retreat

A vacation home that needed to handle extreme snowload while maximizing mountain views. Heavy timber construction meets modern alpine design.

Mountain Context

Building in Whistler means respecting both the environment and the weather. We positioned the house to capture southern light, protect from prevailing winds, and frame those ridiculous mountain views.
